Texas Buyer Specialists Certification (TBS)

The Texas Buyer Specialists Certification is designed for Texas real estate professionals who want to elevate their buyer representation skills. This intensive two day program focuses exclusively on the buyer side of the transaction, from advocacy and strategy to contract execution and risk management. I am the author of this certification and personally teach it to REALTORS® across Texas and around the country.

Texas Listing Specialists Certification (TLS)

The Texas Listing Specialists Certification is built for real estate professionals who want to master listing representation at a higher level. This two day intensive program concentrates on pricing strategy, seller advocacy, marketing, negotiation, and managing complex listing scenarios. I wrote this certification and teach it nationally to REALTORS® seeking advanced listing expertise.

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®)


The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is tailored for agents who work directly with buyer clients throughout every phase of the home buying process. It emphasizes client counseling, market analysis, negotiation, and fiduciary responsibility. I also teach this advanced designation to REALTORS® nationwide.

At Home With Diversity (AHWD)

At Home With Diversity is an NAR certification program that addresses the evolving landscape of the real estate industry and the diverse communities REALTORS® serve. Since 1998, the program has prepared more than 20,000 REALTORS® to work effectively and ethically with today's diverse pool of homebuyers and sellers.

Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB)

The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation is one of the most respected credentials in real estate business management. It is awarded to REALTORS® who complete advanced coursework and professional requirements focused on operations, leadership, technology integration, and strategic growth. I completed the required coursework and previously held this designation, but have personally chosen not to renew it.

e-PRO®

The e-PRO® certification delivers advanced digital marketing strategy with practical guidance for consistent implementation. The program explores modern consumer behavior and teaches how to attract, engage, and convert online prospects into clients through effective content and digital systems. I also teach this certification to REALTORS® across the country.

Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)

REALTORS® who earn the GRI designation receive in depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. The designation signals a strong commitment to professionalism and expertise. Fewer than 10 percent of Texas REALTORS® and fewer than 7 percent nationwide have earned the GRI designation.

Military Relocation Professional (MRP)

The Military Relocation Professional certification focuses on serving active duty military members, veterans, and their families. It provides specialized education on military benefits, relocation challenges, and housing solutions tailored to the unique needs of those who serve or have served.

Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)

The Pricing Strategy Advisor certification demonstrates advanced knowledge in selecting appropriate comparables, making accurate adjustments, and guiding clients through comparative market analyses and pricing principles. PSA designees are equipped to address client concerns and misconceptions about value and pricing. I also teach this advanced certification to REALTORS® nationwide.

Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)


The Real Estate Negotiation Expert certification is designed for professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills and advocate more effectively for their clients. The program provides practical tools, strategies, and techniques to navigate complex negotiations with confidence.

REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) Certified

This certification reflects advanced proficiency with REALTORS® Property Resource tools and data. It allows me to deliver more accurate and detailed comparative market analyses, helping clients make informed decisions and avoid leaving money on the table. Both the REALTORS® I teach and the clients I represent benefit directly from the depth of analysis this certification supports.

Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®)

The SFR® certification equips real estate professionals to work with distressed properties and transactions. It covers qualifying sellers for short sales, assembling and negotiating short sale packages, working with lenders, managing risk, protecting commissions, and safeguarding buyers. The program provides a structured framework for navigating short sales and foreclosures at any experience level.

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)

The Seller Representative Specialist designation is the premier credential in seller representation. Awarded by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, it recognizes advanced education and practical experience in listing representation. I also teach this advanced designation to REALTORS® across the country.

Texas Affordable Housing Specialist

The Texas Affordable Housing Specialist certification prepares Texas REALTORS® to assist clients with sustainable homeownership solutions. It covers state assistance programs, affordable housing resources, and guidance for at risk homeowners. The certification also strengthens understanding of short sales and foreclosures, allowing REALTORS® to serve clients effectively on both sides of these transactions.

Texas Veterans Land Board Preferred REALTOR®

I am proud to be a Preferred REALTOR® with the Texas Veterans Land Board. Texas has a long standing tradition of supporting its veterans, dating back to land grants following the Texas Revolution. Established in 1946, the Veterans Land Board administers benefits exclusively for Texas veterans and has funded more than 200,000 loans. For more than half a century, the VLB has honored its commitment to serving those who have served Texas and the nation.
